This is a set of Custom House Plans. My husband was a Draftsman for over 45 years, designing many Custom Homes  and we are selling his stockcustom plans in retirement. This set consists of 4 - 24" x 36" sheet. All floor plans are 1/4" equals 1'. There are no foundation or electrical plans with this set, these are normally determined with the builder and dependent on the size and location of the lot. Foundation plans vary by location. They will all be shipped priority mail in a mailing tube so they will not be folded.All plans are black line prints and all pages are reproduce-able at a print shop.Print as many copies as you need for various contractors, bankers, builders.We will always reduce shipping costs if you were to purchase more than one set of plans. Covered front porch ( 118 sq. ft.) and one at the mudroom of 29 sq.ft.
Three car garage is detached and is 1013 sq. ft, with a large storage area above the garage of 454 sq. ft.
Total air conditioned area = 3062 square feet
Total area under roof is 4530 square feet
Plan includes all 4 elevations, the floor plans, the garage floor plan and its 4 elevations, door and window schedules and roof plan
This house is 87' 5 1/2" wide and 69' 9 1/2” deep
Dimensions are to face of brick, face of studs, center-line of windows and doors.
Floor plan scale is ¼” – 1 foot.
